Happy Together

Lai Yiu-fai (Tony Leung) and Ho Po-wing (Leslie Cheung) are a gay couple. In order to have a new start, they left Hong Kong and came to Argentina with a beautiful dream (to see the Great Falls of South America), but got lost in Buenos Aires. Li Yaohui wanted to settle down and live his life, but He Baorong had no choice but to indulge his life in singing and dancing every night in order to find more excitement. He only regarded Li Yaohui as his harbor after being injured. The two had more and more disagreements and quarrels, and the distance between their hearts became farther and farther. When Li Yaohui understood that the past days would never come back, he decided to leave He Baorong. It was after he left that the meaning of despair (love for Li Yaohui) fully emerged in He Baorong's mind.
