Ancient City Fairy Tale

The story begins in Peiping in 1937. Amidst the raging war, Fairy Tale (played by Jie Yue) and Gucheng (played by Wang Xiaoyang) were born. The fairy tale is about the eldest lady of the royal family who has been raised in a boudoir since she was a child. She does not know how the outside world is undergoing earth-shaking changes across the wall. Gucheng, on the other hand, lost his parents early and was alone and wandering around, experiencing the ups and downs of human relationships, and was a complete wild child. Destiny brings fairy tales and ancient cities together. Although they have very different personalities, they are attracted to each other. Luo Qiu, a revolutionary comrade of Gucheng's parents, found Gucheng and adopted him. Gucheng began to live under the same roof with Luo Qiu's son Luo Shuanzi (played by Qian Bo). Afterwards, Luo Qiu sent Gu Cheng to school. In school, Gu Cheng met Wang Xiaoyong (played by Ding Ding). Coincidentally, Wang Xiaoyong's parents and Gu Cheng's parents were also old acquaintances.
