Zhang Zuolin, King of the Northeast The legendary life of Zhang Zuolin, a generational hero and king of Northeast China. Since it is an early work, the filming is somewhat lacking. Zhang Zuolin, courtesy name Yuting, was born in 1875 in Haicheng County, Fengtian (Zhangjiasi Township, Dongfeng Town, Dawa County, Panjin City, Liaoning Province). In 1926, he established the Anguo Military Government in Beijing and served as the commander-in-chief of the Anguo Army. In 1927, he took office as the Grand Marshal of the Army and Navy of the Republic of China in Beijing and became the last head of state of the Beiyang Government. On June 4, 1928, under pressure from many parties, he announced his return to Fengtian because he did not meet the 21 points signed by Yuan Shikai concerning Japan's interests in Manchuria and Mongolia, and he had promised Japan special conditions during the Guo Songling anti-Fengtian incident. When the special train passed through the Fengtian Huanggutun Sandong Bridge, he was killed by the Japanese army, ending his fifty-four-year legendary life. Zhang Zuolin did good things, but also bad things. At the last moment of his life, he dared not to recognize the traitorous treaty, dared to compete with the Japanese, and safeguarded national dignity.
