Youyang City is located in the transportation hub of the four provinces of Sichuan, Hubei, Hunan and Guizhou, and has always been a battleground for military strategists. At the same time, Zhou Chunzhi, the leader of our underground party group and vice president of the Chamber of Commerce, received instructions from his superiors to instigate rebellion against Shen Yitang. After repeated battles with the Secrecy Bureau and various forces and difficult and tortuous struggles, the successful instigation of rebellion failed. In order not to affect the pace of the liberation army, Zhou Chunzhi sacrificed his own life and sent intelligence through the revolutionary successors he had trained. The army successfully liberated Youyang and marched to the city of Chongqing.
