Erotic Desert

The magnificent California desert, the desolate town of "29 Palm Leaves". Indifferent freelance photographer David (played by David Wissak), neurotic girlfriend Garcia (played by Yekaterina Golubeva). Along the way, they quarreled endlessly over trivial matters. Only crazy, animalistic lovemaking could temporarily heal the relationship that was almost collapsing. Fight, make love, heal, fight, make love, heal again, four morbid days and nights. Until a sudden violent incident brought it all to an end in the devouring desert... With its strong philosophical reflection, the film aroused great response at the 2003 Venice Film Festival and was nominated for the Golden Lion Award for Best Film at the Venice Film Festival that year.
