Guerrilla Heroes

In the winter of 1939, the Japanese army attacked Bashan County. Xu Shaohua, the commander of the Kuomintang guard battalion, was ordered to resist and cover the evacuation of large units. When Wu Qiuyue, a rural woman, entered the city, she was almost raped by the Japanese army. Fortunately, Xu Shaohua rescued her. The guard battalion was almost wiped out in the fight against the Japanese army. Xu Shaohua was discouraged. Wu Xiuyue brought the Bashan guerrillas to attack the Japanese army from the rear and rescued Xu Shaohua. Bashan guerrilla captain Zhu Ming died in the battle, and before his death he entrusted Qiu Yue to fight the Japanese army to the end. The Japanese army raided Gejia Village, and Ge Qiuyue's family was destroyed and she was miserable. But Qiuyue was not defeated, and she continued to fight the Japanese army with her guerrillas. During the battle, Wu Xiuyue developed and expanded the anti-Japanese team and established the Cheetah Anti-Japanese Detachment, which successfully blocked many Japanese occupations, protected the lives of the people in Bashan County, and wrote tragic national hymns.
