Lu Zhiping (played by He Zhengjun) and Dang Meiyan (played by Juanzi) have been married for many years. They raised their son Lu Xiaojun (played by Zhang Zhilu) together. Their life can be said to be extremely happy and fulfilling. However, this tranquility was broken by a female graduate student named Mei Yuge (played by Wen Zhengrong).
