The story takes place in the mid-1920s, the bandit leader Zhao Guanke (Lin Yongjian ) encountered the National Revolutionary Army Jianguo Sichuan Army led by his childhood friend Wu Jindou, and after several battles he was recruited to become the leader of the independent regiment.
