After the May 4th Movement broke out, Li Dazhao, Chen Duxiu and others discussed China's crisis and the way out, and put forward the idea of using Marxism to save China. The First Congress of the Communist Party of China was held on a cruise ship in Nanhu Lake. Thirteen representatives including Mao Zedong came together with the common goal of transforming China. After the meeting, they went their separate ways, spreading seeds across the vast land of China. Subsequently, Zhou Enlai, Cai Hesen, Xiang Jingyu, Qu Qiubai, etc. successively became the backbone of the party's leadership. The early Chinese Communists, with Mao Zedong as the main representative, always adhered to their original aspirations. After decades of hardships and twists, they fought bloody battles and finally climbed to the Tiananmen Rostrum in Beijing on October 1, 1949 to hold the founding ceremony of New China. The play depicts the collective image of the early Chinese Communists and shows the century-old history of struggle and the red spiritual spectrum of the Chinese Communist Party.
