Troubled Times

In 1948, the decisive battle between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party was imminent. Yang Fushuang, a famous pedicure master in Jiangzhou City who originally just wanted to survive in troubled times, was inadvertently involved in an assassination conspiracy. In order to protect himself, he had to deal with various forces such as Jianghu, profiteers, corrupt officials and so on. Many little people performed a battle comedy that is both solemn and humorous, and finally ushered in the liberation of Jiangzhou City.
