Yang Yunfei (played by Wu Jing) was adopted by Taoist Qingsong (played by Wu Weidong), the leader of the Chongzhen Sect, when he was young. He practiced martial arts painstakingly in Wufeng Mountain and grew up. However, due to the strict prohibitions within the sect, Yang Yunfei has never been able to formally join the Chongzhen sect. This made Yang Yunfei feel very hurt and finally decided to leave. The leader of the invincible sect, Dugu Wudi (played by Yang Fan), has always regarded Taoist Qingsong as his strongest opponent, hoping to defeat him one day and let his sect replace the Chongzhen sect and become the number one in the world. Dugu Wudi's wife Shen Manjun (played by Cui Honghong) accidentally rescued the seriously injured Taoist Qingsong. As time passed, sincere feelings gradually developed between the two. This made Dugu Wudi very angry and vowed to kill Taoist Qingsong soon.
