They rushed to the front line to resist the typhoon disaster, smashed financial speculation with an iron fist, boldly improved production and operation methods, strategized to win the "War of Grain and Cotton", solved the "big bombing" danger, defused the "April Crisis", repaired the airport for Shanghai's air defense construction, etc., and finally completed the important economic construction and big city management tasks assigned by the Party Central Committee that "the whole country supports Shanghai, and Shanghai supports the whole country".
