In 1986, Yugoslav nuclear power expert Lehmann came to Donghai Nuclear Power Station to inspect and questioned China's ability to build nuclear power plants. Fitter Ye Jiaming and purchaser Lin Tiancheng invested in the comprehensive rectification and construction of Donghai Nuclear Power Station. In the same year, Ye Jiaming and Lin Tiancheng's respective sons, Ye Qichen and Lin Qi, were born one after another. In 2011, China's fully independent nuclear power technology CP1000 passed the review. However, affected by the Fukushima nuclear accident in Japan, the nuclear power project was completely halted. At that time, Lin Tiancheng, who had become an important foreign nuclear power equipment manufacturer, also returned to China and became the biggest competitor of CP1000.
