People in Spring

The play tells the story of Xu Yingying, a Ph.D. teacher at Ningzhou University, who came to Chunli Community for research and was unexpectedly elected as the community director. She kept thinking and exploring in the complicated community governance work, and grew from a new grassroots worker to an excellent community cadre. With the joint efforts of community police Tian Lijie, social worker colleagues and many community residents, the old factory area was transformed into a characteristic central neighborhood that residents yearned for. In this way, the overall style of social workers and community work is presented to the audience, so that the audience can better understand the hardships of grassroots work.
