Heroes of China 2004

At the beginning of the 20th century, the last feudal dynasty, the Qing Dynasty, came to an end in China. However, in the dark period before dawn, there were still countless turmoils and hardships waiting ahead. Hua Yingxiong (played by Peter Ho), who experienced a tragic childhood, boarded a ship bound for the United States. He went through many hardships and learned martial arts from the master swordsman Jin Ao. With a sense of justice, he helped the Chinese workers fight for freedom and interests. During this period, he formed complicated and indissoluble bonds with Jin Taibao (played by Chen Guanlin), the son of the San Francisco underworld family, the beautiful Japanese girl Mu Xiuluo (played by Qin Lan), and his childhood sweetheart Jie Yu. From the United States to China, under the extremely turbulent international situation, the Chinese hero wrote the legend of warriors that will be passed down forever with a patriotic sentiment... This film is adapted from the classic work of the same name by the famous Hong Kong cartoonist Ma Wing-shing.
