Zhang Weiguo's Summer

This drama tells the story of Zhang Weiguo (played by Huang Lei), a contented props master of the Peking Opera Troupe who has been performing Peking Opera for most of his life. Although he lives a very ordinary life, he firmly believes that he is a "descendant of the royal family." At a gathering of brothers from a theater troupe, a group of frustrated middle-aged men began to package themselves in various exaggerated ways and compare themselves with each other. With this packaging, Zhang Weiguo returned to life. He experienced the story of thinking he was suddenly rich, but then went into debt overnight. After a series of great joys and sorrows, he finally took off his disguise and faced the true story of himself.
