Elsa

Elsa's motherhood is not an obvious instinct, but a constant state of struggle. She became a mother at a young age, which deeply affected her relationship with her adolescent daughter. Although Elsa and her 17-year-old daughter Vika live together, they rarely interact with each other. Elsa devoted most of her energy to her job as a nurse, while Vika often hung out with friends at the skate park. As Vika's health deteriorated rapidly, their daily lives were disrupted. Elsa had to step into Vika's life and become a real mother. Vika's illness became an opportunity for the love in this small family to emerge. She was shortlisted for the Tribeca Film Festival in New York and won the Best Actress and Best Cinematography awards.
