Nanba Prison is the largest prison in Japan. It is built on an isolated island and houses extremely vicious and dangerous serious criminals. In the long history of this prison, no prisoner has been able to break through this thick wall and successfully escape. Shuangliuyi (voiced by Guan Zhiyi) is the warden director of the Thirteenth Prison, known as the No. 1 in Nanbo Prison. Not only does he work very seriously, he also wants to do the best in his hobbies. Prison No. 13 houses four prisoners - Jyugo (voiced by Uemura Yusho), a young man with a gloomy past who wants to escape from prison, Uno (voiced by Tetsuya Kakihara) who is a romantic and loves women, Niko (voiced by Kobayashi Daiki), who is an American but extremely enthusiastic about Japanese anime, and Rock (voiced by Eru Shiozaki), whose two most important things in life are eating and sleeping. Shuangliuyi, who had always been confident in his own abilities, found that he had nothing to do against these four people who were not playing according to common sense.
