Due to the tragic experience of childhood, Naoe Riki (voiced by Horie Yui)'s personality has become very withdrawn. With a baby face, taciturn and no friends, Riki became a freak in everyone's eyes. One day, four people, the arrogant and cat-loving Zao Suzu (voiced by Tomoe Minayasu), the upright, cheerful, stable and reliable Zao Kyousuke (voiced by Hikaru Midorikawa), the well-limbed and simple-minded Inohara Masato (voiced by Nobu Kana), and the mature and brave Miyazawa Kengo (voiced by Oda Yusei) with first-class swordsmanship appeared in front of the desperate Riki.
