In the magical world, Toristin Magic Academy, young people study magic courses here. Louise de la Valriere, a girl who has just entered the second grade, has been nicknamed "Louise Zero" because her spell casting success rate has always been 0. Every time she casts a spell, she fails to succeed. Instead, she causes an explosion and messes up the normal learning life of the academy.
