This year, university freshman Naoho Sawaki Soemon (voiced by Daisuke Sakaguchi) entered the Department of Agriculture of the Agricultural University and started a new university life. The humble-looking Zhibao has a huge secret. He can see "bacteria" existing in the air, and can even catch the bacteria with his bare hands and talk to them. Such superpowers are undoubtedly even more powerful for Zhibao, who majors in agriculture, but trouble also ensues. As Naoba's close friend, Naoba's secrets have undoubtedly created a lot of convenience for Yuuki Hotaru (dubbed by Saiga Kanzuki), who runs the brewing industry at home. At the same time, the unexpectedly mature senior Kaoru Misato (Katsuyuki Konishi) and the chubby Kawahama Takuma (voiced by Noriaki Sugiyama) both have a keen interest in Naobo. In the brand-new campus, Zhibao's life together with all kinds of bacteria began.
