In 2025, starting from the termination of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics due to devastating terrorist attacks, the United Nations took control of the area where the previous Tokyo Olympics were held on the border of Tokyo Bay and made it out of Japanese control. 17-year-old Dongyuehua is a high school student living in this area, but her identity is anything but ordinary. Secretly, she is a member of the United Nations special forces. Hana was sent to a public high school on Enoshima as a transfer student to perform a special mission. Her target is Junichi Nanase, a boy in the same class as her. However, just as Hana is about to contact her target, a middle-aged man suddenly appears at the school and looks for Junichi. At the same time, the situation took a turn for the worse. The United States sent special forces to the school to hunt down the middle-aged man. As the blood pool spread, another girl began to try to enter the island to break the current deadlock.
