After the end of the world war called the "Abandoned War", Alcia was hit hard and the living environment became very harsh. Here, the strong took the "number count" from the weak to prove their existence. The law of the jungle has long been the law of survival in this world. However, when the weak face bullying, there are always heroes who stand up for them. This time the hero is a young man named Richter (voiced by Yoshiki Nakajima). He uses a tachi with an astonishing length and wears a mask to hide his true identity. One day, Richter met a girl named Haruna (voiced by Rina Motoizumi). Haruna followed her mother's last words and embarked on a journey to find the "King of Down". Haruna, who grew up in the mountains since childhood, was ignorant of the world, but she also gained unexpected power because of this unique innocence.
