The story begins in Florence in the 16th century, Alti (Miko Komatsu) She is a girl born in a noble family. She has a cheerful personality and is full of curiosity about the world. From a very young age, Alti has been deeply addicted to painting and determined to become a painter. However, in that era, it was simply impossible for a woman to become a painter. Although her mother strongly opposed Alti's decision, Alti persisted in her dream. She found Leo (voiced by Katsuyuki Konishi), a famous painter at the time, and asked to enter his art studio to study. Although Leo was not prepared to accept this naive-looking girl at first, in Alti, Leo saw his once full of enthusiasm. In this way, Alti officially became Leo's apprentice and began her painting journey.
