Afterwards, he (THE ONE) escaped from the surveillance of BCST (Bioengineering Research Institute), a special organization within the Defense Agency, and has lost his voice ever since. On the other hand, Air Self-Defense Force F15J pilot Shunichi Maki (Tetsuya Bessho) decided to resign from his official position in order to spend more time with his son Tsumugi, who has a congenital disease. During the last flight, Maki met the "red luminous body" in the air. This is what happened 3 months after the one incident.
