Pumpkin Scissors

The stage of the story takes place during the war. The wars between the Frost Republic and other countries have brought deep scars to various places - hunger, disease, the thief of soldiers... The desolation of the land and people's hearts has made the "scourge of war" intensified. The Imperial Army, worried about this, decided to establish Section 3 of the Army Intelligence Department, commonly known as Pumpkin Scissors, to be responsible for the task of post-war recovery. Three years after the signing of the armistice agreement known as the "Treaty of Thin Ice," people's hardships have still not been resolved, and various obstacles have emerged, making it impossible for the Army Intelligence Section 3 to complete post-war recovery. Not only were they buried under a mountain of meaningless documents, but the dissatisfaction of their subjects could not be suppressed, and they were ridiculed as a "justification (propaganda) force" every day. However, they still intend to complete the mission, and one day, a man offers to help them. That man was an extremely strong man who could hold a heavy single-shot pistol with one hand. He was a retired soldier...
