"minimum" - a small miracle is a special ability that a very small number of humans are born with. The protagonists of this game, Ness (voiced by Aisaka Ryota) and Purple (voiced by Hatano Wataru), are superpower holders. Ness has the "fastest step among primates" and Purple has the ability of "strange power". The two formed a detective team, using a corner of the "No-where" coffee shop as their office to accept various commissions. They have experienced various difficult incidents such as the abduction of female college students, serial murders, and armed robberies by primary and secondary school students. When Ness and Murasaki were investigating a certain case, they discovered that Ness's best friend, police officer Art (voiced by Hiroshi Kamiya), was also on the trail. They discovered that the victims in the case had one thing in common, that is, they were all "minimum" holders. This is how the detective story of a boy with supernatural powers, surrounded by dangers and dangers, begins! This animation is adapted from the manga of the same name by Kodama Yuki.
