Taboo in Tehran

Under the compulsory veil, there is the dark fate of three Iranian women. A woman was imprisoned because her husband was addicted to drugs, and she had to take care of a mute child on her own. She was not allowed to divorce and remarried, so she had to work as a prostitute to make a living. A woman finally found a job after becoming pregnant, but her husband refused to sign a consent form to let her work. A man couldn't help but have a relationship with a young musician, but he lost his virginity and became an ant. A patriarchal country full of taboos, full of gender discrimination, hypocrisy, abuse of power and dereliction of duty. A prank call highlights the tremendous pressure women face. Such a story can only be presented in animation, using a green screen to capture the live-action performance, and then using rotoscoping technology to create a lifelike and strongly accusatory Tehran style painting.
