The story takes place in the city where shooting stars can be seen every night - Hoshinooka. For a long time, the young man Ishio Masaharu (voiced by Nojima Yushi) who has lived there since childhood has been troubled by his introverted and shy personality. Because of this personality, Masaharu cannot even make any friends. Therefore, changing himself and making friends has become Masaharu's biggest goal at present. By chance, Zhengqing drank magic juice and gained the superpower to turn into a cute little sheep at night! Crazy Masaharu was told that only by collecting the so-called "Star Dew" could he return to normal, and only a girl with special magic had the ability to collect Star Dew. What shocked Masaharu was that the magical girl was none other than the girl he had been secretly in love with, Akihime Soto (voiced by Mitsuru Yumoto).
