One day, King Pilaf and his minions came to the temple after all the hardships and found the Black Star Dragon Ball created by the gods and Demon King Piccolo before they were cloned. Due to the sudden appearance of Sun Wukong, Pilaf hurriedly made a wish to turn Sun Wukong into a boy. After that, the Black Star Dragon Balls were scattered to every corner of the universe. If seven Black Star Dragon Balls cannot be found within a year, the earth will explode and be destroyed. This film is adapted from the popular original comic "Dragon Ball" by Akira Toriyama. However, the plot is not original to Akira Toriyama. It is a newly created animation after Toei Animation Company obtained authorization. Akira Toriyama participated in part of the character design work.
