The Record of Conquering Demons

During the Republic of China, Miss Pan Xiyue (played by Jin Ning) was haunted by demons. In desperation, she invited Yin Tianchou (played by Cui Dongchen), a Taoist from Guigu, to drive away the demons and deceive the fox demon by marrying a paper man to a demon. Zhang Shaofeng (played by Gao Guangze), who is married to Pan Xiyue, committed adultery with Pan Jiafu (played by Huang Yishan)'s concubine Meiniang (played by Zhao Zhiyan) in the name of visiting. After being discovered, he hid in the law house in desperation. Jiumo's seal was lifted outside, and Jiumo (played by Xu Shaoqiang) was freed and hid in the mountains to practice and wait for revenge. He accidentally subdued the fox demon and ordered the fox demon (played by Jia Xiaolong) to cause harm to the world and suck the girl's vitality.
