The Elk King

In the world of "The Elk King", the story takes place among the three major races: humans, monsters, and elk. Compared with the naive and gluttonous panda Po, the protagonist of the film, the elk princess Youyou, takes a gentle and innocent route. She turned into a girl after eating an unknown fairy grass, and therefore has the "trailing leg" trick. In the process of searching for the elk king, she begins a romantic love affair with a human prince. The film was originally called "The Treasure Map of the Elk King". According to the producer, Mr. Yang, head of CTV Interactive, the film has been secretly produced for three years with the help of the Panda special effects team and is expected to be released within this year. The name was changed to "The Elk King" based on suggestions from the Panda producers and overseas film studios, and is more in line with the film's positioning as a blockbuster that integrates special effects, action, adventure and comedy.
