This is a small restaurant that has been open for three generations. It is not large in scale but has many regular customers. Bob knows everything about burgers / condiments / and ribs / but he knows nothing about customer service or business management. Although his counter is always greasy / the store is always noisy / and the food is occasionally of poor quality / Bob is convinced that his burgers are "unique" and can create a brand.
