RWBY Volume 1-3 The Beginning

The background of this work is set in Remnant, a quasi-modern world but full of supernatural powers. The main characters are four girls with their own special powers (appearance) and weapons: one is a young hero, one is a noble heiress, one is a confused rogue, and one is a party girl. They gathered together for various reasons to form the "RWBY" team and received training, dedicated to fighting the evil forces that were rampant. Prior to this, humans launched a war against the Grimm in order to survive, until they discovered that "Dust" could be used as a source of magic, which allowed humans to fight against them and establish a civilized world.
