Next door to "Bob's Burger Shop" is a funeral home with a crematorium; at the end of the street is the tourist pier; a few blocks away is the municipal middle school / where Bob and Linda's children study; across the street is the pizza shop opened by Bob's competitor Jimmy Pesto / where the pizza vs. burger war takes place every day. Bob decides to compete with Jimmy Pitts for brunch / and the Belcher kids help Mr. Fischoeder's brother avoid him. Bob Belcher runs the family restaurant "Bob's Burgers" with the help of his wife and three children. This is a small restaurant that has been open for three generations. It is not large in scale but has many regular customers. Bob knows everything about burgers / condiments / and ribs / but he knows nothing about customer service or business management. Although his counter is always greasy / the store is always noisy / and the food is occasionally of poor quality / Bob is convinced that his burgers are "unique" and can create a brand.
