Over the endless farms, crop duster Dust (voiced by Dane Cook) wants to enter the competition venue. On weekdays, his friend Chuck (voiced by Brad Garrett), a pesticide sprayer, serves as a coach and technician, while Dust flies rapidly near the farm regardless of his own conditions. For this, he is often scolded by repairman Dotty (voiced by Teri Hatcher), but he still resolutely signed up to participate in the preliminaries of the Wing Global Race.
