Superman: Doomsday

The narration of the story begins with Lex Luthor, describing the heroic deeds and image of Superman. Rex describes Superman as a god on Earth, but insists that "even gods must die when their time comes." Lois Lane and Superman are on a romantic date, but Lois is not happy with the arrangement of their relationship. Superman insists that their relationship can only be spent in secrecy in the Fortress of Solitude. He has yet to reveal his true identity as Clark Kent to him, although Lois has begun to suspect it. On the other hand, Rex Corporation excavated a spacecraft, and when workers were performing excavation work, they accidentally released the genetically modified murderous monster Doomsday Killer. The doomsday killer killed all the workers and walked step by step to the city, killing deer, dogs, and dog owners along the way. After the rampaging Doomsday Killer arrived in the metropolis, he was immediately discovered by Superman, and the two started a battle. In the end, Superman grabbed it with all his strength and fell straight from high altitude to the ground. Lois and her colleague Jimmy Olsen told the seriously injured Superman that he had successfully defeated the enemy, but Superman also died due to excessive injuries. The world collectively mourned their fallen hero and established a monument to Superman in the park. Later, Rex shot his female assistant to death to ensure that no one would know about Rex again.
