"Guarding Jiefang West"

"Guarding Jiefang West" is a police documentary observation reality show launched by Bilibili. "Guarding Jiefang West" includes: "Guarding Jiefang West Season 1" and "Guarding Jiefang West Season 2". The program takes the police officers from the Pozi Street Police Station in Changsha City, Hunan Province as the core characters, and shows in depth the daily work of the urban police in the core business district of the metropolis. The program will be broadcast on Bilibili every Saturday starting from September 14, 2019. "Guarding Jiefang West", jointly produced by Bilibili and China Guangdong Tianze Media Co., Ltd., is an observational reality show. Through observational documentary shooting techniques, with the police from the Pozi Street Police Station in Changsha City, Hunan Province as the core characters, it shows in depth the daily work of the urban police in the core business district of the metropolis. The program has a total of 10 episodes. Through events such as police patrols, multi-police linkage, suspect interrogation, and participation in important cases, it shows the law, reason, emotion, and events in complex police areas, creating an image of responsible, rational, and humane people's police officers, and popularizing relevant safety and legal knowledge through various case stories. In February 2019, the Changsha Municipal Public Security Bureau, China Broadcasting Media Co., Ltd., and Changsha TV Politics and Law Channel began planning to jointly launch a documentary police program. Both parties passed the preliminary agreement, which lasted more than three months.
