"Number One" is China's first 60-day physical and mental renewal reality show, exclusively titled by Amway Nutrilite and co-produced by Youku and Intermedia Culture. It will be broadcast exclusively on Youku at 1200 noon every Thursday starting from August 29. Through tailor-made fitness and shaping plans (personal training), 5 trendy sports experiences (group classes), and customized nutrition plans, the program outputs a one-stop reshaping of healthy life of "seven points for eating and three points for exercise".
