Looking for Passers-by

This is a professional observation and reasoning variety show. The program uses three guests to search for "unknown actors" in work scenes and deduce who is an actor and who is a staff member. It aims to discover "unknown actors" with acting skills and help them improve their acting skills and realize their self-worth on a higher stage. At the same time, it leads the audience to experience the most authentic workplace life, understand the ups and downs behind each position, and give recognition to practitioners who are rooted in ordinary positions.
