Ten thousand years ago, 52 cards sealed immortal life forms. It was not until the 20th century that these seals were cracked, allowing these immortal beings to awaken again. In order to prevent them from killing in the human world and seal them again in the cards, Toriyama, known as the BOARD Human Base History Institute, developed Transformation belt. Tachibana Sakuya and Kenzaki Shinichi were entrusted to become Kamen Rider Garren and Kamen Rider Blade to start their heroic battle. Although Tachibana helped fight against the undead in the early stage of the story, he also adopted a confrontational attitude towards Ken and others, but returned to normal in the middle of the story. There is also a third Kamen Rider transformed by Hajime Aikawa in the story, named Kallis. His true form is Undead-Joker. This character of both good and evil adds richness to the story. The last Kamen Rider who appears is Mutsuki transformed into Kamen Rider Leangle. He was controlled by Club A at the beginning, but later with the help of Ken and Tachibana and others, he finally regained his will and became a warrior of justice.
