The best Obasan Haruko Nakajima

Izumi Kikuchi (Marika Matsumoto ) is a small publisher editor who is still single in her thirties. She is always a loner. She actually longs for marriage and family in her heart, but the right person doesn't seem to appear for the time being. Koizumi’s professional dream is to make a living by selling words and only write what she wants to write, but this dream seems to be very far away from her now. Koizumi, who is at a bottleneck both professionally and emotionally, meets a woman named Haruko Nakajima (played by Mao Daichi) by chance. Chunzi is a rich young lady who was born with a silver spoon in her mouth. She has experienced a failed marriage and is now trapped in another bad relationship. Although Haruko is 60 years old, her fiery personality and a mouth that is not afraid of offending anyone make the introverted and gentle Koizumi admire her.
