Dr. Ishikawa Gen (Ishiguro Ken) returned from Kansas in the United States with great honor ) was hired to enter Tianzhenlou Hospital, but what he saw was not the scene of doctors saving lives and injuries, but the chaotic scene of doctors on duty being absent and neglecting their duties, leaving patients unattended.
