The protagonist, Asuka Nakamachi, is a frustrated former high school teacher who becomes the dormitory manager of a seven-member boy group. As the name suggests, she is a woman who always brightens up the people around her in order to "even if there are painful things, she will bloom tomorrow and become the strength of others." Although she realized her dream of becoming a teacher, she was frustrated by something and ended up squatting at home. The story begins to change a lot when Asuka becomes the dormitory manager. There is a dormitory where a boy group lives together. In addition, former student Sasami Dan, who once supported his dream, serves as the leader of the group. Hana was moved by Dan's figure moving forward as the leader. Despite the busy work of cooking, cleaning, and laundry, she also regained the enthusiasm of her teacher days and went all out to face the members.
