Lin Yishan (played by Gui Lunmei), a woman who moved from Yongkang, Tainan to Taipei, has not always been smooth sailing in the workplace, and she has to face the ups and downs of love. She, her sister Lin Yijing (played by Lin Siyu), her childhood sweetheart Li Chengen (played by Wang Baijie), and her best friend Xu Huiru (played by Xia Yuqiao) formed the "Tainan Gang". With the support of each other's firm friendship, they stumbled along the way for twenty years. The play is adapted from the popular Japanese drama "Tokyo Girls' Illustrated Book".
