911 Incident Book

On September 11, 2001, the "9/11 Incident" broke out that shocked the world and had far-reaching consequences. The collapse of the Twin Towers seemed to herald the coming of a dark age. After this, the French Studio Canal Film Company responded quickly and invited 11 well-known directors and actors at home and abroad to direct short films each lasting 11 minutes, 09 seconds and 1 frame, and finally compiled this unique, sharp and profound short film collection. In their shots, some people who have suffered from war, famine, and disasters empathize with their own feelings and initiate condolences; some are joking, angry, or sharply criticizing American hegemony; some analyze the meaning of "jihad" in the form of fables; and some focus on the trivial life details, joys, sorrows, and joys of small people. The moment that changed the world shocked everyone's heart... The film won the 2002 Venice Film Festival International Critics' FIPRESCI Award for Best Short Film (directed by Ken Loach) and the UNESCO Grand Prize.
