KANO

A passionate story about a group of hard-working wild football teenagers moving towards their dreams! The story describes the birth of a Kanon baseball team in Taiwan in 1929, composed of Han, Yamato and aboriginal peoples. The new coach aimed to "enter Koshien" and trained the players with a Spartan strict attitude. The originally sloppy team was stimulated by the coach's devilish training for more than a year and repeated defeats, and gradually inspired the players' will to win and determination to advance to Koshien. In 1931, the Canon Baseball Team went all the way and defeated the winning champion "Taipei Commercial Team" formed by the Japanese. It became the first field team south of the Zhuoshui River to win the island championship. It also represented Taiwan in Japan and competed in Koshien. On the grass of Ziyuan, in front of 55,000 spectators, the Canon players' unremitting determination and never-giving spirit moved all the audience.
