In the glamorous capital city, crime breeds under the night. Media editor Su Su (played by Xiong Naijin) has always paid attention to marginalized people in society. She has interviewed many homeless people, but many of them have disappeared without explanation. The powerful editor ordered her to investigate the serial skinning and murder case, and Su Su had no choice but to obey. Not long ago, Lihong, a street girl, was kidnapped, and she became Su Su's previous interview target. In order to find out the truth, Su Su turns to her boyfriend Chen Mo (played by Gao Yunxiang) for help. The two visited Lihong's friend Xiaojuan together, and during this period Xiaojuan suddenly dialed Lihong's phone number. Not long after, Lihong's body was found in the moat, and a tattoo on her body was peeled off and pasted on Xiaojuan's door. The psychologically twisted murderous demon walks in the streets, greedily searching for the next hunting target...
