Willy the Whale has returned to his home, and Jesse (Jason James Richter) has grown up and become a member of the coastal scientific expedition team, but the story between them does not end. The father of boy Max (Vincent Berry), John (Patrick Kilpatrick), is an illegal whaler. Sometimes, when he follows the whale through the rough waves, he takes Max with him, which makes Max have very conflicting feelings about the whale. During a whaling operation, Max and his father broke into Willy's territory and were in a very critical situation. At a critical moment of life and death, Jesse appeared to resolve the crisis. This accident made Max gradually understand the harm caused by his father's actions, but John still went his own way.
