Never, Rarely, Sometimes, Always

The story takes place in a remote town in Pennsylvania, USA, where Orton (Sidney Flanigan) is an ordinary girl living there. The introverted Orton has a very distant relationship with his family and has few friends in his life with whom he can talk. One day, Orton was shocked to find out that she was pregnant. She went to the hospital in the town for treatment. In this small and conservative place, abortion was not allowed. In desperation, Orton had no choice but to find a way to abort the child, but he tried several methods but failed. Cousin Skyler (played by Talia Ryder) is Orton's only friend. She is sensitive and attentive and finds that Orton's recent behavior is very abnormal. After several inquiries, Orton finally told Skyler his secret, and Skyler made the decision to take Orton to New York for an abortion.
